Spacious hotel and gym. Indoor pool a plus as it gets very hot outside in summer. Breakfast quite good as selection is varied and quality is maintained. Hotel has seen better days though as cleanliness is sometimes left wanting. Award winning in 2017 so things have dipped a little. Steam room charged is 10MAD, which is unnecessary. Location is not too bad 150MAD from town and it's helpful to have reasonably regular shuttle service. Usual issue with taxi drivers wanting to inflate fares.
Looks like a very nice place, but honestly the prime time is passed. Look at my picture. Very nice, but look closer and you see that portions have fallen off. So it was likely amazing when it was launched but maintenance didn't keep up. Still a very nice place though. A bit far from the City which is a nuance when all taxi rides require 10 minutes of haggling...
We chose this hotel for the Arabian & Moorish architecture and we were not disappointed. Beautiful buildings, lovely gardens and pool areas. Bedrooms were fine, wonderful views from balconies, but bathrooms appeared a little tired looking. No tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms so be sure to pack your travel kettle. We stayed in October and the hotel was peaceful and uncrowded. All the staff were brilliant, helpful and courteous. A special big thank you to Youssef in the French Restaurant who was great fun and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel
Amazing hotel, spacious rooms and great ambient. Location is not very convenient though. I stayed in a two bedroom suit but one of the rooms had no even a dust bin. The hotel needs to also look for what is missing in the room and to replace what is used up each day.
I had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros! Well the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. The room was flawless and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard throughout my stay. It was a fantastic experience – great service, clean rooms. Highly recommended

What a fantastic resort. Excellent service and food. Clean as a whistle everywhere well maintained. Golf course is good and caddies are a laugh. Don't miss out on the chicken club sandwich after playing
